The files above are compressed files. There will be 3 files(below) in a "earlygraves" folder after unzipping.

1. earlygraves_xx.pdf (Main pages, for black/white(grey) printing)
2. eg_cover_xx.pdf (Cover page, colour printing required)
3. README.txt (Instruction)

("xx" will be placed by "a4," "le," "j.")

Adobe Reader(Acrobat reader etc.) is required to open and print the .pdf files.
You can download the software for free from the link below.

1. Extract the downloaded file.
   Double-click the self-extracting(.exe) file, or unzip the .zip file with unzipping softwares.
   
   For Mac Users: Choose the .zip file and unzip with Stuffit at al. (Tested on Stuffit Expander Ver.5.1, Mac OS 8.5.1)
   
   
2. Print out and bind the unzipped files.
   Please have A4 or 8 1/2"x11" papers and Inkjet/Laser/whatever printer, a stapler, a two-sided tape or a glue.
   
   1. Print "earlygraves_xx.pdf" in the grey mode.
   2. Print "eg_cover_xx.pdf" in the colour mode (if possible).
   3. Fold the main pages in two, then sort and staple them.
   4. Glue/Tape with double-sided tapes on the binding margin.
   5. Cover the stapled main pages with the cover page.
